This lab, led by a team of seven professors and PhD researchers, focuses on cutting-edge enzyme research. By leveraging Jiangnan University’s expertise, the lab tackles complex challenges in enzyme technology, ensuring precision in research, technical advancements, and rigorous safety testing—all to drive forward innovative product development.
